The Mystery Kids - The Machine - part three
We see the portal opening up near the cabin that Norman, Neil, Coraline and Wybie are staying at. It’s night time, and the moon is out. Mabel jumps through it, followed by Neil.
Mabel – “Home again! Home again!”
Neil – “Jiggity-jig!”
Mabel – “Oh my gosh! You do that thing, too?”
Neil – “My mom does it all the time when we get home.”
Mabel – “Mine, too! Wow! What is happening here?!”
Dipper steps through the portal next – “Ah, Gravity Falls and the Physical Plane! Man, it is good to be back … And it’s so … quiet a

Lili uses Pyrokenesis to produce an attack akin to a flamethrower and aims it at Bill Cipher, who brings up a shield to protect himself. Raz follows up by levitating a large chunk of rock at him. Norman also attacks by channelling spirit energy into lightning.
Mabel flies towards the machine carrying Coraline, but Bill Cipher fires an eye beam at her—hitting her directly and causing her to fall with Coraline.
Neil – “Mabel!” He catches her, but misses Coraline. “Sorry.”
Coraline – “I’m fine!” She stands and makes a limping dash toward the machine.

Bill Cipher – “Nah ah ah, Blue Eyes! I have plans for these two ghostcicles.”
Dipper – “Bill Cipher!? This is bad! This is really bad!”
Mabel – “William is Bill Cipher?”
Coraline – “Do either of you want to explain who this guy is?”
Bill Cipher places the crystals into himself, as though into a coat pocket. He shrinks down and takes Coraline’s hand to shake it.

Mabel – “Dipper, you rapscallion! You escaped!” She runs up to hug him, but stops. His eyes are glazed over and he doesn’t smile.
Dipper drones – “Mother has been expecting you.”
Mabel takes a step back, shaking her head – “What has she done to you, Bro-Bro?”
Norman – “William, what did she … William? William!” Norman looks around. William has disappeared.

The Mystery Kids - The Swarm - part two
We return to the realm of the Beldam where we see the Wasps returning to the house with the captured Mystery Kids. They fly into the house, into the living room, dropping each of the kids as they go.
The Beldam sits on the couch with her hands clasped in front of her, smiling at the children as they try to break their bonds. Coraline is still held with her arms pulled far apart so she can’t use her cutting power. “Welcome home, my darling little ones!” In front of her on the table are eight open boxes, each holding two buttons and a needle and thread. The Beldam’s smile fades however when she realises that there are c

The buzzing from the swarm becomes deafening, and the Mystery Kids clutch their ears. The creatures have the appearance of patchwork wasps, but their abdomens are more like spiders with spinnerets. The swarm flies around them, kicking up the sand causing something of a storm.
One swoops down toward Coraline and flies around her. Its spinnerets cover her in webs. She manages to cut through the first of them, but a second and third Wasp converge on her. Together, they manage to loop webs around her wrists and hold them away from her body. She is lifted off of the ground.
Neil – “What’s happening!?”

This time, we see the Beldam as her human self. She is wearing simply, Puritanical clothing like the townspeople who hanged Agatha. She is upset and is confronting her Mother about something. Her mother is working with a spinning wheel, but she stops to comfort the Beldam.
Beldam – “She’s g-gone, Mother … They h-hanged her in the square, and I couldn’t save her … They w-wouldn’t even let me see her! Monsters!”

Raz (sidelong to Lili) – “Are you sensing anything?”
Lili – “Nothing.” She handles a brass trumpet. “I was hoping I could sense its history but… Nothing. It’s like I’m the first person to ever handle it.”
